Winter Vacation in Aspen

Our destination was Aspen, Colorado. Actually we are not tourists therefore my friend booked a small house, rented a car, packed our stuff and was ready to set off to mountains. It was rather cold outside, but the air and snow were fresh. We placed ourselves at the house - it was comfortable inside and, besides, in the middle of the living room was a big fireplace. It was very pleasant to relax near it staring at the fire that is permanently burning and sparkling in the fireplace. However we arrived in Aspen for skiing and feeling fresh snow. That is why on the next day after breakfast we immediately went skiing. First of all we took the skis in a special cabin. I was wondered with numerous skis in the cabin. They were various - narrow, broad, and medium. With the help of my friend I put on skis and slide downhill through the snow and wind. It was so awesome! I never forget my first impression - I felt as if I was soaring in the air. We spent almost three hours on the ski trail. It was very impressive! I was lucky to find a snowboard and slide down - that was also very exciting. We had a good time that day discovering new spots and feelings.

Our vacation in Colorado was going perfect. I couldn't help but calling my Mom and telling the most interesting moments in my ski experience. Yes, I was proud of having an opportunity of trying myself in skiing. It rejoiced me greatly and my Mom was very glad to hear it from me. Discovering skiing in Aspen, Colorado allowed to forget about everyday problems at home and recharged for the coming routine.

Today skiing is the most popular. Anyone who likes fresh air and white snow can take vacation package and have unforgettable snow vacation. Skiing during the whole day and going out in the evening - no more! By the way, food and drinks in Aspen are wonderful - believe me! In addition, one can have a chance to do a lot of sightseeing and have a pleasant rest on the snow at the same time. Nice instructors are at one's service if one cannot ski or is scared of skiing. The atmosphere of neighborhood is very warm and calm. The beautiful mountain scenic views provide you energy and strength that will be always with anyone who stays here for awhile at least.
